How do I reset my password?

When you have forgotten your password:

1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" situated below the login box.
2. Enter your e-mail address to trigger a password reset.
3. Check your Inbox and Junk Mail folders for a reset password e-mail.
4. Click on the link to reset your password.
5. Confirm your identity by entering the answer to your secret question. This is case sensitive.
6. Once your identity is confirmed, enter your new password and submit.

When you are logged in and would like to change your password:

1. Click on your e-mail address in the top righthand corner and choose "My Account".
2. Select "Change your Password" from the options.
3. Enter your existing and desired password.
4. Click on the "Change Password" button to change your password.
