Once created, how do I post my vacancy to the job boards?
Once you have created your vacancy, you can post it to the job boards in one of two ways.
Option 1:
The following view will be presented to you as soon as you choose to "save your vacancy".
- If you wish to edit your Pre-Screening or Telephone Interview Questions for the role, do this now. You can view the guide on how to do this here: How do I edit the pre-screening questions on my advert?
- Click "Post **JOB TITLE** to job boards"
- Click "Select all" to post your vacancy to all of the job boards available to you, Then click "Post"
- Some job boards require extra information to ensure your vacancy is correctly categorised on their site. Please complete the required fields in full, using the answers which most closely match your vacancy.
- Once completed you will be shown a screen confirming your vacancy has been posted to the job boards.
Option 2:
If you move away from this initial screen you can also choose to post your vacancy by viewing the "Manage Vacancies" screen, as shown below:
On this screen, the "Posted?" status confirms your vacancy has not been posted to the job boards.
- Click on "NOT POSTED".
- You will be presented with the Check and Edit Form screen which allows you to edit your Pre-Screening Questions and Telephone Interview Questions if applicable. Once you have edited your questions and saved the form, click "Continue to Post".
