How do I view archived adverts?

To view adverts for the division you are currently in:

  1. Click on "Vacancies" > "Search Vacancies"
  2. Remove the tick from “Open”
  3. Tick “Archived” instead
  4. Select “Search”.

To view archived adverts from all divisions you have access to:

Archived adverts can be viewed by clicking on the “Search Vacancies” tab when viewing your adverts:

  1. Click on "Vacancies" > "Search Vacancies"
  2. Remove the tick from “Open”
  3. Tick “Archived” and "Search all divisions"
  4. Select “Search”.

Want to re-open or repost an archived advert?

Archived adverts can be re-opened and reposted. However, it is advisable to be aware of how odd the advert is. Job Boards such as Indeed will not allow you to repost an advert that was originally posted 3 months ago.

  1. Search for the archived advert. You need to be in the correct division to open the archived advert.
  2. Click on “Closed” to reopen the advert by selecting "Open/extend"
  3. Click on "**Department Name** Vacancies" or "Your Vacancies" and repost as normal.

What happens when you archive an advert?

When you archive a vacancy it will automatically expire the advert from the standard free job boards (Indeed, Meega, Trovit, Adzuna, Jooble, Jobrapido & Zoek). It will not expire adverts from Find a Job (Job Centre) and the premium boards, in case the advert was archived in error as this would result in requiring another credit to repost to the paid-for boards.

Archived adverts are not deleted but moved to the "Search Vacancies" screen. This allows you to keep your Vacancies screen nice and tidy so that you only view the adverts which you / your colleagues are currently managing.
