How do I remove vacancy templates?

You can remove an advert template in your Vacancy Library by following the steps below:

1. Click on “Vacancies” > “Library” on the top menu bar 
2. Click on the X icon

The template will be deleted.

Other actions you can take within the Vacancy Library are:

To view an template: Click on the magnifying glass icon

To edit a template: Click on the pencil icon

To copy a template: Click on the copy icon

To create a template: Click on "Create vacancy in library"

To make a template available in all divisions: Click on the pencil icon, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Organisation Wide".
