How do I expire a vacancy from the job boards?
If you wish to remove your advert from the job boards prior to the automatic expiry date, you can do so by expiring it in the ATS. Log into your account and click on "Vacancies" to bring up the list of your vacancies.
Please note: if you are looking to check the status of a vacancy that your colleague has added to the system you will need to click on the "**Division Name** Vacancies" tab to get visibility of all vacancies.
- Click on the POSTED column which will either be LIVE or SOME LIVE.
- Click on the EXPIRE POSTS tab to show all job boards where your advert is currently live. Underneath each job board logo you will see the date and time your vacancy will expire automatically.
Select the job board(s) you would like to expire the advert from or click on SELECT ALL and then click on EXPIRE to remove the advert from the job boards.
The request will be sent to the job boards straight away, but each job board will remove it from their site based on their turnaround times.
