How do I check when my vacancy will expire?

You can easily check how much time remains on your advert. Log into your account and click on "Vacancies" to bring up the list of your vacancies.

Please note: if you are looking to check the status of a vacancy that your colleague has added to the system you will need to click on the "**Division Name** Vacancies" tab to get visibility of all vacancies.

All you do is click on the POSTED column which will either be LIVE or SOME LIVE.

Click on the EXPIRE POSTS tab to show all job boards where your advert is currently live. Underneath each job board logo you will see the date and time your vacancy will expire.

You can also click on the POST HISTORY tab for a detailed look at the posting activity for your advert. This is especially useful if you like to ‘re-post’ your vacancies.
