Getting Started: How do I view and manage applications?
- Once you have logged into the Talentvine ATS at ats.talentvine.co.uk, using the top menu bar click on "Vacancies".
- If you created the advert or have been assigned to it, you will see it under the "My Vacancies" tab. If the advert was created by a colleague it can be seen under the "**DIVISION NAME** Vacancies" tab.
- Click on the number in the "Total Applications (New)" column to view your applications.
["The "Total Applications (New)" column shows you how many applications you have in total and how many of those applications are "new" = have not been viewed by you or your colleagues.] - Use the filter if you wish to
view only the applicants at a particular stage. We recommend starting with applicants at the "Under Review" stage first as these have successfully passed your Pre-Screening Questions. [However, you have access to view applicants at all stages including any who may have been automatically rejected at Pre-Screening. If you do not use the filter you will see all applicants at the various stages.]
- To view an application click anywhere on the row for that applicant. [red rows indicate applicants which haven't been viewed before.]
- You will be presented with the applicant's details and if they have a CV uploaded, you will be abel to see a preview of it on this first screen. Click on the tabs on the left to view other elements of the application including any emails received in the "Message Log" and their pre-screening answers if they have already completed that stage.
- If you would like to update the application to either mark the applicant as unsuccessful or to progress them to the next stage of the recruitment process, you can do this on the "Applicant Details" tab and by using the "Progress Application" drop down box.
